We demand you to verify your identity" ways that Microsoft sends you a code number via text bulletin or phone call and you enter that code number to the prompt. You only have to verify once and you're washed.

I have received this code about a 100 times, either to my phone or my east-postal service. It lasts well-nigh an 60 minutes or two, then I become the "We demand to verify your identity" pop-up over again.

Two-step sign in is not activated.

I too noticed that on the "My devices" page, my desktop PC is shown with detailed info, like motherboard type, Windows ten Cadre (10.0.10586.63), etc.

Simply my other computer, the laptop, is just listed as "PC". No other information is available, not Windows version, no hardware details, nothing. That laptop is the simply one that gets this annoying "We need to verify your identity" despite me having entered the lawmaking over a hundred times in any available style.

I am quite certain that the fact that not detailed PC or Windows information is closely related to the "We demand to verify your identity" problem.

Thanks for posting dorsum.

Endeavour disconnecting your Microsoft account from your Windows ten device and re-add it again. To do so, follow these steps.

  1. Press Windows central +I and click on Accounts.

  2. Nether Your Business relationship, click on sign in with local business relationship instead.

  3. Now, yous'll exist asked to create a local account. Follow the on screen instructions.

  4. Sign out from that account and sign in to the newly created local account.

  5. Repeat Footstep ane.

  6. Click on sign in with Microsoft account instead

  7. Cheque if the issue persist.

I keep getting the 'Making sure it's you' message over and over and over again on my Lumia 650.

It's asking for a PIN, when I don't have one!

Why tin can't yous exercise things improve?

I had no such problems with an Android phone.
